Personal Lines CSR/Account Manager Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced
Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Account Manager
to join a well-established and family-oriented insurance agency. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in servicing and managing a book of standard personal lines accounts, including auto, home, umbrella, RV, and motorcycle insurance. Compensation Package Salary : $50,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Benefits : Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, processing endorsements, issuing certificates, and assisting with adjustments (e.g., ID cards). Manage and service a book of standard personal lines accounts across all lines of coverage. Collaborate with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met and maintain strong, long-term relationships. Utilize EZ Lynx software to manage accounts and process transactions efficiently. Support the quoting and renewal process for personal lines accounts as needed. Uphold the agency's commitment to timely communication and high-quality service. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. Experience : Minimum of 2+ years of agency experience servicing a book of business with standard personal lines accounts. Technical Skills : Proficiency in EZ Lynx software is preferred. Soft Skills : Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to build relationships, and a customer-focused mindset. Work Environment : This is an on-site position; candidates must be comfortable working in a collaborative office setting.
