Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing a mid‑market book of business, focusing on standard personal lines such as Home, Auto, and Umbrella insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brokerage, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. This position offers the flexibility to work either remotely or in a hybrid capacity.
Compensation Package
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 annually

Responsibilities
Manage a $4 million premium book of business, focusing on mid‑market accounts.
Service clients by handling renewals, rounding accounts, and cross‑selling opportunities.
Collaborate with the back‑office team for Certificates of Insurance (COI) and policy changes.
Quote new and renewal business, with a primary focus on renewals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers, including Safeco, Travelers, and Mercury.
Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and team members.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a brokerage environment, specializing in personal lines.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is required.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, team‑oriented mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Work Environment: Hybrid or fully remote options available. Candidates must be based in Northern California.
