As spring storms move through Southwest Missouri, CENCO is increasing field coverage across the Joplin region to support rising claim volume. We partner with leading insurance carriers to deliver timely, accurate inspections following hail, wind, tornado, and severe weather events common this time of year. We're currently looking for Daily Property Claims Adjusters who want consistent assignments, a strong support system, and the opportunity to stay active throughout the season. What You'll Be Handling: Perform on-site inspections of residential and light commercial properties impacted by spring storms Document damages with clear photos, detailed notes, and organized reports Evaluate coverage and prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate or Symbility Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and carrier representatives Manage multiple claims while meeting required timelines What We're Looking For: Active adjuster license or qualifying home state license Experience with Xactimate and/or Symbility Strong organization, time management, and communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-moving field environment What You Can Expect: Increased claim volume across the Joplin and Southwest Missouri market this spring Competitive per-claim pay with fast, reliable payment Flexibility and autonomy in the field Support from a responsive, well-organized internal team Opportunities for continued work as storm activity progresses If you're looking to stay busy this spring with steady field work in the Joplin area, CENCO is ready to connect.
