About the Role The Wholesale Marketing Manager owns everything that supports our brands in the wholesale space. From sell sheets to pitch decks to product catalogs—you ensure that every piece of material is accurate, compliant, and built to support sales. You\'ll work closely with Sales, Design, Marketing, and Compliance to create a system where nothing is outdated, nothing is off-brand, and nothing slows down momentum. This role is equal parts strategy, execution, and organization.
What You\'ll Own Wholesale Marketing Strategy
Build and maintain a clear, scalable strategy for all wholesale marketing assets
Ensure every asset communicates product value, positioning, and differentiation
Support expansion into new markets with compliant, ready-to-use materials
Asset Creation & Control
Own development of sell sheets, product catalogs, pitch decks, brand kits, and trade materials
Maintain strict version control—no outdated assets, no confusion in the field
Build and manage organized digital libraries that teams can rely on
Sales Enablement
Partner directly with Sales teams to understand what\'s needed in the field
Ensure teams have the tools they need—when they need them
Support distributor and retail partner requests with speed and accuracy
Launch & Promotional Support
Support product launches, new SKUs, and brand expansions
Align materials with promotional calendars, pricing strategies, and campaigns
Continuously refine assets based on feedback and performance
Cross-Functional Alignment
Work closely with Graphic Design to bring materials to life
Partner with Marketing leadership to ensure message consistency
Collaborate with Compliance to ensure all materials meet regulatory requirements
Who You Are

What You Bring
4+ years of marketing experience
Experience in CPG, cannabis, wholesale, or sales-driven environments preferred
Strong asset management and organizational skills
Experience supporting sales teams and partner-facing materials
High attention to detail with strong deadline management
