Architectural Millwork Estimator
ready to take ownership of the full bid process. This is a role for someone who knows the millwork industry specifically. Construction estimation experience is a plus, but millwork is a different world — and our client needs someone who speaks that language fluently and isn't afraid to pick up the phone. What You'll Be Doing Read and interpret architectural drawings, millwork shop drawings, and blueprints to develop accurate take-offs Build detailed pricing and budgetary proposals using estimating software and Excel Research and price materials with precision Follow up with potential clients on the bid process — you'll be the voice of the company, so strong communication matters Prioritize and manage multiple estimates simultaneously in a small, collaborative team environment Occasional CAD work a plus What You'll Bring 5+ years of millwork estimating experience
— this is required, not preferred Ability to read blueprints and millwork shop drawings confidently Proficient in Excel and estimating software Strong verbal and written communication skills — you'll be client-facing regularly Self-motivated, organized, and reliable with a stable work history Solid knowledge of tools, hardware, lumber, and construction materials CAD xywuqvp experience a bonus Details Pay:
$70,000–$75,000
