Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, product visibility, and revenue growth within the Automotive Aftermarket channel. This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, external agencies, and key eCommerce/retail/WD partners to execute marketing programs that support distribution growth, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, channel-focused environment. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing Communications Implement umbrella brand strategy at local level Assist in planning and executing effective communications marketing campaigns with targeted audiences across digital, print, social media, trade events, and retail channels Coordinate with Product Management marketing efforts to drive product launches including sell sheets, digital assets, catalog updates, and customer communication in any/all appropriate formats Track promotional calendars and ensure timely execution Lead digital transformation - enhance digital services/communications considering local demands and local content Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Ensure that our marketing strategies are innovative and in harmony with our sales goals and impact across several channels Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong and consistent brand image. Align Marketing planning to Sales Initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment across all touchpoints Coordinate and help oversee external agencies to ensure deliverables are met Trade Shows & Events Participate in plan, organize and execute trade shows, races and key industry events (i.e. AAPEX, SEMA, etc.) under consideration of global guidelines Work with internal team members to maintain the HASI Marketing event calendar shared file Coordinate booth materials, promotional giveaways, and logistics Support pre- and post-show marketing communications Partner with Sales to support key accounts (e.g., retail, eCommerce, warehouse distributors, jobbers) with marketing materials and promotions Develop account-specific presentations and marketing support materials Budgeting, Reporting & Analytics Annual Marketing planning and budgeting (incl. tracking) aligned with Sales activities and in accordance with the strategic alignment of central Marketing dept Track campaign performance and provide ROI reporting Monitor competitive activity within the automotive aftermarket Implement analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Analyze data to make data-driven decisions and continuously optimize marketing strategies. Maintain marketing budget tracking and invoice processing Business Lead and Generation Support Account Based Marketing efforts as needed (all channels, and customers) to increase pull-effect Plan product promotions targeting key customers (Trade Promotions, Hella Partner World) Coordinate product content syndication (images, enhanced content, SEO copy, A+ content where applicable) Monitor online listings for content accuracy and brand compliance.
