Director of Accounting (very hybrid)

We are partnering with our client for an Accounting Director to join their team full-time. You will report to the Senior VP and VP of Accounting. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $155,000 to $165,000 per year.
Responsibilities: Supervise the accounting staff in daily operations. Review journal entries prepared by staff. Review month-end and year-end balance sheets and P&Ls for ancillary operations. Consolidate financial statements within Workday by recording eliminating journal entries. Prepare tax worksheets for the CPA firm. Prepare royalty distribution worksheets before releasing payments. Develop budgets and maintain forecasts for ancillary operations. Prepare schedules for auditors and act as the key point of contact for various audits. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Action-oriented with sharp business acumen and integrity. Strong time management skills. Effective team member with adaptability to evolving environments. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, facilitative, and consulting skills.
