Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to maintain a strong, dedicated team.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Provide guidance and support to staff on HR policies and employee relations matters.
Manage payroll, benefits administration, and performance review processes.
Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with our mission to provide exceptional care.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
HR management experience, preferably in healthcare or long-term care settings.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification is a plus.
