
SR Property Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Senior Property Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $75,000 to $85,000 per year
Job Responsibilities :
Manage the day-to-day operations of residential, commercial, or industrial properties, including maintenance, security, and tenant relations.
Develop and implement property budgets, financial reports, and cost-effective management strategies to ensure profitability.
Negotiate lease agreements with tenants, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Coordinate with contractors and service providers for property improvements, repairs, and routine maintenance, ensuring work meets quality standards.
Handle tenant complaints and disputes, resolving issues promptly to maintain a positive living or working environment.
Implement marketing strategies to maximize occupancy rates, including advertising vacancies and conducting property tours for prospective tenants.
Conduct regular property inspections to assess conditions, identify necessary repairs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of commercial property management experience.
Proven track record in managing residential, commercial property MGT experience is a must.
Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control, (CAM) software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective tenant relations and team management.
Proficiency in property management software and other relevant technologies.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various property management tasks.
Problem-solving skills to address tenant issues and property maintenance challenges.
