The Traveling Superintendent - Retail and Commercial - New England responsibilities include: Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure project objectives are achieved. Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to maintain project schedules and budgets. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the construction site. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Coordinate and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process. Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including clients and team members. Prepare and submit daily progress reports and project updates as required. Manage materials and resources efficiently to minimize waste and delays. The Traveling Superintendent - Retail and Commercial - New England: 5+ years of Superintendent experience Experience working on retail and commercial projects up to $10M Willingness to travel from Maine to New Jersey Proficient in Procore or other construction related software Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and interact with clients effectively. What's on Offer
