Construction Superintendent K-12 Projects

Lead all daily field operations for a $42M ground-up school project. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and site logistics. Oversee sitework, structural construction, MEP installations, and finish trades. Maintain schedule, monitor manpower, and drive production to meet milestones. Enforce safety standards, site protocols, and company procedures. Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals for field alignment. Manage on-site communication with the PM, Senior PM, and APM. Conduct daily reporting, photography, documentation, and issue tracking. Maintain strong relationships with owners, design partners, and trade partners. Proactively identify risks, develop solutions, and maintain project momentum. Represent the company professionally on a high-visibility education project. Ensure quality control from groundbreaking through closeout. Must have ground-up K-12 CMAR experience - ideally 2+ full school builds. Experience leading projects $20M+; school project experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of sitework, civil, structural, and MEP scopes. Ability to manage complex scheduling and multiple trades on active school sites. Not seeking candidates near retirement; looking for a long-term hire (5-10 years). Must be commutable to Robbinsville, NC, or willing to self-fund lodging/travel. Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills. Stable employment history. Base salary: $120,000 - $130,000. Up to $140,000 for candidates with 5+ ground-up school projects.
