$115,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
(Director of Financial Planning & Analysis):
Lead annual budgeting process, including capital planning and cash flow forecasting
Own ongoing forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic planning initiatives
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership
Partner cross-functionally with department leaders to support decision-making and business strategy
Develop and enhance financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools
Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations
Drive process improvements across FP&A, reporting, and analytics functions
Qualifications
(Director of Financial Planning & Analysis):
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred
10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting, including leadership experience preferred
CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA preferred but not required
