Job title: Director of Financial Planning and Analysis
Location: Near Orrville, Ohio
Schedule: On-site Monday - Friday
Salary Range: $115,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (Director of Financial Planning & Analysis):
- Lead annual budgeting process, including capital planning and cash flow forecasting
- Own ongoing forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic planning initiatives
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Partner cross‑functionally with department leaders to support decision‑making and business strategy
- Develop and enhance financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Prepare executive‑level reporting and presentations
- Drive process improvements across FP&A, reporting, and analytics functions
Qualifications (Director of Financial Planning & Analysis):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting, including leadership experience preferred
- CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA preferred but not required
