About the role We're looking for a hands‑on Product Marketing Lead to join our marketing team and define our go‑to‑market strategy, own product positioning, and drive revenue outcomes across Taktile's AI‑native decisioning platform. The ultimate outcome of this role is to drive pipeline and revenue growth by ensuring our products are clearly positioned, well launched, and effectively adopted by the market. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting directly to our V of Marketing. You'll be the key connection between product innovation and market success - leading cross‑functional alignment across sales, product, and customer teams to shape how we go to market and win. What you'll do Define & Own Go‑To‑Market Strategy Define GTM strategy for key segments and drive integrated campaigns that build pipeline - making data‑informed bets on where to focus and how to win Own the messaging architecture across all customer‑facing assets - ensuring one‑pagers, solution briefs, and web pages reflect a consistent, differentiated narrative Partner with demand gen to shape campaign strategy, identifying high‑leverage formats and channels based on pipeline and conversion data Drive Customer‑Centric Messaging Define and maintain a consistent, clearly differentiated (audience‑specific) messaging framework for our platform Translate technical capabilities into differentiated positioning - identifying under‑leveraged value props and recommending shifts based on competitive dynamics and win/loss analysis Synthesize customer insights by analyzing sales calls and buyer conversations to inform the broader strategy Design and own the customer evidence strategy - identifying which stories to tell, to which audiences, and at which buying stages to maximize deal influence Diagnose enablement gaps through pipeline and conversion analysis, then build the frameworks and tools (playbooks, decks, battlecards) that measurably improve deal velocity Manage analyst relations (e.g., Gartner, Forrester Own the competitive strategy: build frameworks for ongoing intelligence gathering, synthesize insights into actionable recommendations, and equip the org with positioning that wins Identify and recommend strategic shifts - in segment focus, positioning, or GTM approach - based on pipeline data, win/loss patterns, and market signals What you'll need 5+ years in B2B product marketing, with increasing scope and strategic ownership Proven ability to translate complex technical products into business value Experience with complex (enterprise) sales in B2B SaaS/AI solutions Track record of defining GTM strategy - including segment selection, positioning bets, and launch frameworks - not just executing plans Track record of driving measurable revenue impact through marketing initiatives Strong analytical mindset with focus on data‑driven decision making Proven ability to drive cross‑functional alignment and lead through influence in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments Programs: GSuite, Notion, Miro, Figma a plus, eager to work with AI tool Nice to have Good understanding of AI/ML concepts Experience in financial services decisioning (e.g., fraud prevention, or credit underwriting) Background in both startups and scale‑ups #J-18808-Ljbffr
