Position Summary The Public Relations Manager will support public relations efforts for Xponential Fitness and its portfolio of five brands. This role will serve as a key partner to brand leaders and executive leadership on PR‑related needs, including media requests, interviews, messaging, and content development. The Public Relations Manager will also work closely with Xponential’s external PR agency, Fishman, to help coordinate responses, manage deliverables, and ensure alignment across initiatives. This role requires strong writing, organization, proofreading, and cross‑functional collaboration skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support public relations strategy and day‑to‑day PR activity for Xponential Fitness and all five portfolio brands Partner with brand leaders and executive leadership on PR‑related requests, media opportunities, interviews, talking points, and content development Serve as a key point of contact with Fishman, Xponential’s PR agency, to coordinate requests, review materials, and track progress on PR initiatives Draft, review, edit, and proofread press materials, responses, executive messaging, and other communications for accuracy, tone, and brand alignment Help manage inbound PR requests and ensure timely, organized follow‑up across stakeholdersCoordinate with internal teams to gather information, align messaging, and support media‑related needs Partner closely with the Marketing Technology team on communications that intersect with brand, digital, and content initiatives Manage and maintain Xponential Fitness’s LinkedIn presence, including content coordination, publishing support, and ensuring brand consistency Track deliverables, timelines, and approvals for PR‑related projects Support administrative aspects of the PR function, including scheduling, document review, version control, and stakeholder communication Benefits Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits FSA/HSA Plans Annual bonus opportunities Monthly Cell Phone Allowance 401k plan with 4% company match Complimentary corporate memberships to XPLUS and XPASS Exclusive discounts on retail brand merchandise Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field preferred 3+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a related field Experience supporting multi‑brand, agency, or corporate PR environments preferred Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a high attention to detail Experience working with senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in a fast‑paced environment Strong organizational and project coordination skills Experience managing or supporting LinkedIn or other corporate social media channels preferred Professional, polished communication skills and sound judgment in handling sensitive or high‑visibility requests Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Xponential Fitness LLC provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr
