Customer Service Representative

Master Electronics ! We're looking for someone who can handle client questions and requests like a breeze, whether it’s by phone or digital chat. You’ll be the go‑to person for assisting with orders, status updates, quotes, and making sure every step of the customer journey is smooth and easy. Collaboration with internal teams is key to keeping answers clear, setting the right expectations, and ensuring customers leave with a great impression of Master Electronics.
Pay Range: $20-$22/ Hourly
What you will do?
Answer inbound calls and digital tickets, assisting clients with orders, updates, and quotes
Team up with our internal crew to deliver consistent, reliable responses
Keep track of client requests to ensure smooth and timely follow-ups
Deliver top‑note service that makes clients feel valued, building loyalty for our brand
Set clear, realistic expectations for customers, so they feel informed and empowered
Troubleshoot, resolve disputes, and dig deep into root causes
Report and address any customer pain points to restore confidence and keep things moving smoothly
Gather and share feedback on the website to help make things better for everyone

Experienced with SaaS ticketing systems and desktop tools like Microsoft Office and Outlook
Skilled at managing customer expectations, timelines, and service levels to ensure satisfaction
Strong problem‑solving abilities with a focus on identifying root causes
Positive, collaborative team player who learns quickly, takes initiative, and contributes to a motivating work environment
