Bluefield Realty Group is seeking a
Sales Coach / Sales Manager
to help our real estate agents reach the next level of production. This is not a traditional management role, as you won’t be responsible for transactions or compliance. You’ll be focused on one thing:
Driving agent performance through coaching, accountability, and skill development. You’ll work directly with agents in
one-on-one
and
small group settings , helping them improve their conversion rates, increase consistency, and build scalable sales habits. What Success Looks Like
Agents increase their skills, confidence, and conversion rates Improved consistency in agent activity (calls, follow-ups, pipeline management) Strong adoption of scripts, systems, and best practices Positive agent feedback and engagement in coaching programs Compensation & Benefits Base salary, plus commission overrides tied to agent production Access to group rates on health, dental, vision, and ancillary insurance PTO and paid holidays 401(k) with company matching Why Bluefield Realty Group
