To support this growth, we are hiring a Residential Credit Associate to help scale Arrived's investment platform. What You'll Do Arrived is seeking a credit associate to support the underwriting, execution, and portfolio management of residential credit investments. You will work closely with Arrived's Investment, Credit, Legal, and Asset Management teams across the full lifecycle of private credit investments, including: Qualifying and monitoring origination partners Underwriting and pricing analysis Investment committee preparation Collateral diligence and loan review Transaction management and closing Portfolio monitoring and risk assessment Unlike traditional analyst roles focused solely on modeling or processing, this position provides exposure across the entire credit investment lifecycle and the systems that support a growing credit platform. Credit Investment Execution
Manage residential credit transactions from approval through closing by: Coordinating with originators, diligence providers, servicers, and counsel Managing deal workflows, closing timelines, and documentation Reviewing loan purchase agreements, servicing documents, and extensions Maintaining transaction checklists and funding readiness This role serves as a central orchestration point across investment, diligence, and legal teams to ensure efficient capital deployment. Loan Diligence & Collateral Review
Support diligence and collateral validation for residential loan acquisitions: Managing third-party diligence providers performing loan-level reviews Reviewing inventory and exception reports with custodians Coordinating with originators to resolve collateral exceptions Identifying risks and ensuring loan files meet Arrived's investment standards prior to closing Investment & Underwriting Support
Assist the investment team in evaluating residential credit opportunities: Supporting underwriting of loan structures, leverage levels, borrower profiles, and collateral Preparing internal deal summaries and investment memos Supporting pricing analysis and capital allocation decisions Maintaining pipeline and investment tracking models Portfolio Monitoring Support monitoring and risk management of Arrived's credit portfolio: Tracking borrower performance and key loan milestones Monitoring covenant compliance and extension requests Supporting portfolio reporting and internal credit reviews Identifying emerging risks across the portfolio Platform Development
Help build scalable infrastructure supporting Arrived's credit platform: Improving diligence workflows and operational processes Supporting loan tracking systems and portfolio analytics Assisting with reporting and investment data infrastructure You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have great experience in real estate credit, private credit, structured finance, or mortgage finance Have experience working with loan-level collateral or mortgage-backed securities Have worked at a lender, credit fund, diligence firm, or investment platform Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and transaction management skills Are detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple transactions simultaneously Are proficient in Excel and financial analysis tools Have familiarity with loan documentation and collateral review Communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats Relevant backgrounds may include: Private credit funds Residential loan originators Whole loan trading desks Third-party diligence firms Real estate investment managers What Success Looks Like Help execute a growing pipeline of residential credit investments Improve the efficiency and scalability of Arrived's credit execution processes Build expertise across underwriting, diligence, and loan transactions Become a trusted partner to Arrived's investment and credit teams Why Arrived?
