The Role
As a Real Estate Associate, you will work on a broad range of high-quality commercial real estate matters, including: Transactional real estate work with a focus on acquisitions, dispositions and development. Supporting clients through all stages of the transaction lifecycle. Drafting and negotiating key real estate agreements and related commercial documentation. Collaborating with senior attorneys to deliver strategic, commercially focused advice to clients. 5+ years of experience in general commercial real estate with an emphasis on transactional matters. Strong academic credentials. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
