Running key elements of transactions from initial due diligence through to closing.
Acting as a key member of deal teams on complex, high‑value finance transactions.

The Candidate
A Commercial Real Estate Finance Associate from class years 2022 – 2019.
Strong hands‑on experience with commercial real estate loans and mezzanine lending.
Demonstrated ability to run significant portions of deals from due diligence to completion.
Large law firm background strongly preferred.
Excellent drafting, analytical and transaction‑management skills.
Confident communicator with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
Commercially minded and committed to delivering a first‑class service.
