Elwood Staffing will be hiring for a local call center in Fort Collins, CO for bilingual representatives that speak French or Spanish and English. What's in it for you? Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 18.00 to $ 19.00 / hour Full Time and Part Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday) Answering inbound calls Walking customers through the warranty process Up-Selling similar products Process payments for shipping costs Tracking shipments Bilingual Customer Service Rep. Qualifications: Must be able to write, speak and read English and French / Spanish Bilingual required: French or Spanish (Fluent) Recent call center experience is required Alphanumeric data entry experience is required Must have strong internet connection Must have HSD / GED Applicant may be subject to a background check *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
