We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Temporary Call Center - Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this essential role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries through inbound phone calls. Customer Service Representative - 1st Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 19.50 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 06:00pm) Answer a high volume of inbound phone calls promptly and professionally. Act as a primary point of contact for customers, providing accurate information and support. Listen attentively to customer needs, identify solutions, and resolve issues efficiently. Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in the system. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and uphold company service standards. Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Customer Service Representative - 1st Qualifications: Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a related customer-facing role. Exceptional English language proficiency, both verbal and written. Strong data entry skills, including alphanumeric data entry, with a high degree of accuracy. Proficient typing speed and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and empathetic phone demeanor. Ability to navigate multiple systems and quickly learn new software. Problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
