Strategic Support Role
Provide strategic support to the Americas Operations senior leadership team and work across the team to manage business planning and the prioritization process for all initiatives and activities that drive performance objectives. Your day to day Work with the respective Director and Business Unit leaders to deliver the annual business planning process, with plans that are aligned with regional priorities and linked to top-down plans. Ensure alignment with functional and regional teams by helping to capture their needs/opportunities as part of the annual planning process. Facilitate planning sessions with business units to complete deliverables as dictated by the planning process. Support various cross-functional strategies and initiatives by creating analytical frameworks and communicating outputs to key stakeholders. Work with the respective global insight and analytics teams to document industry intelligence, trend identification, and competitive insights to provide guidance & inform leadership with the development of initiatives & strategy. Manage and execute strategic projects as delegated by regional and functional leadership. Support the planning and prioritization process for all initiatives to drive performance objectives. Support the internal and external key activities and initiatives calendar and communicate with key functional, regional partners, and stakeholders. Drive the development & delivery of key internal & external presentations on behalf of the Functional leadership team. Assist the functional leaders with the planning, preparation, delivery, and follow-ups for meetings, agendas, presentations, and reports. What we need from you Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Strategy, Management, or other relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. 3+ years in progressive work experience in strategy, consultancy, finance, or related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines and exposure to a broad range of business issues. Experience and ability to provide thought leadership in strategy, business planning, and processes, including experience or insight into issues at the Regional and Functional levels. Ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects. Demonstrated ability to initiate and direct multiple project assignments in a relatively unstructured environment. Demonstrated planning and project management skills to assess and support in the development of key strategies and business plans based on regional business needs and assessment. Demonstrated strategic thinking with a proven ability to effectively analyze performance data and business issues to draw insights, conclusions, and recommendations for leadership. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across business units for collaboration, persuading, and consensus building. Strong written communication skills, including demonstrated ability to create executive-level presentations. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Location
Atlanta, GA: Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business. The salary range for this role is $58,834.00 to $111,000.00 . This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable).
