
Paid Social Media Manager

Location: 2 days per week on site in Boston, MA (Tuesday and Thursday)
Overview Our client in the education space is looking for a full time Paid Social Manager to join their team! This role manages all paid social campaigns from start to finish across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, YouTube, and emerging platforms. It requires both creative thinking and strong analytical skills, along with experience handling large budgets (50K+ per month). You will work with creative, analytics, and marketing teams to build, optimize, and scale paid social programs that support company growth.
Key Responsibilities Paid Social Strategy and Execution Own strategy and execution across multiple platforms.
Build, optimize, and scale campaigns with advanced targeting and testing.
Manage budgets, pacing, and performance tied to acquisition goals.
Work with creative teams on briefs, feedback, and ongoing asset updates.
Understand how visuals, messaging, and formats impact results.
Maintain a consistent creative testing and refresh schedule.
Analytics and Reporting Monitor daily performance using GA4, Tableau, and internal dashboards.
Run A/B and multivariate tests.
Present insights and recommendations to leadership.
Cross-Functional Work Partner with content, brand, analytics, and marketing teams.
Support paid search and display as needed.
Must-Have Experience 5+ years hands‑on paid social experience
Experience with TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, YouTube
Ability to manage 50K+ monthly budgets
Strong analytical skills (GA4, Excel, reporting tools)
Experience with A/B testing and optimizing creative and targeting
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly
