Seeking a dedicated and experienced
Commercial Lines Account Manager

Compensation Package
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, plus 50% commission on new business.

Responsibilities
Provide A-Z servicing for a generalist book of business, including mid-market accounts.
Manage existing policies, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Quote new and renewal business, contributing to the growth of the book of business.
Write new business policies and actively cross-sell additional products and services.
Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Department to meet team goals and objectives.
Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications / Requirements
Licenses/Certifications: Active 2-20 license is required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
