Commercial Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced
Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and growth-oriented environment, where you will play a key role in managing a generalist book of business, servicing mid-market accounts, and contributing to the success of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting. Compensation Package Salary : $60,000 - $80,000 annually, plus 50% commission on new business. Benefits : Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Provide A-Z servicing for a generalist book of business, including mid-market accounts. Manage existing policies, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Quote new and renewal business, contributing to the growth of the book of business. Write new business policies and actively cross-sell additional products and services. Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Department to meet team goals and objectives. Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications : Active 2-20 license is required. Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance. Proficiency in Epic software is preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
