Field Logistics:

Manage lockboxes, signs, and printed marketing materials. Property Presentation:

Oversee staging logistics and ensure listings are show-ready. Event Support:

Coordinate logistics for team events and Broker’s Opens. Open Houses & Showings:

Be available to provide Open House and Showing support to the primary agent as scheduled. Operations & Marketing Support

Client Experience:

Manage the "closing gift" process and monthly past-client outreach. Digital Presence:

Assist with social media content and photography at various properties. Business Support:

Handle essential professional and personal errands that keep the team's operations seamless. Lead Generation Support : Manage past client outreach and ensure continued engagement tactics are being executed. Other Duties as Assigned:

The team has many moving parts and you may be requested to complete tasks not outlined above. Schedule & Availability

Primary Hours:

Tuesday – Friday (Flexible 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM). Weekend On-Call:

Two Saturdays per month (includes a $50/day on-call stipend). Commitment:

Consistent 20 hours per week. Qualifications

Licensing:

Newly licensed agents or those actively pursuing their Real Estate License in Minnesota are highly encouraged to apply. Reliability:

Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance. Tech-Forward:

Comfortable using technology for communication and task management. Mindset:
