About the Role
The
Escrow Support Processor
plays a key behind-the-scenes role in supporting residential escrow operations by handling high-volume document processing . This position ensures all escrow files are accurately prepared, compliant, and processed efficiently in a fast-paced, production-driven environment ⚡. This is a
non-customer-facing role
— no direct interaction with clients, agents, or lenders. Process and manage large volumes of escrow documents with high accuracy Support the initiation and closing of residential escrow files ️ Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations Prioritize tasks effectively during peak periods (including month-end closings) Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth processing Strong attention to detail & accuracy Flexibility in a fast-changing environment Self-motivated with a proactive mindset Good decision-making and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and time management abilities 1–2 years of escrow processing experience (preferred, not required) Knowledge of escrow procedures and regulatory guidelines (a plus) Willingness to learn — training will be provided
