Escrow Support Processor
plays a key behind-the-scenes role in supporting residential escrow operations by handling high-volume document processing . This position ensures all escrow files are accurately prepared, compliant, and processed efficiently in a fast-paced, production-driven environment . This is a
non-customer-facing role
— no direct interaction with clients, agents, or lenders. Key Responsibilities Process and manage large volumes of escrow documents with high accuracy Support the initiation and closing of residential escrow files Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations Meet strict deadlines in a high-volume production environment Prioritize tasks effectively during peak periods (including month-end closings) Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth processing Top Skills Required Strong attention to detail & accuracy Flexibility in a xywuqvp fast-changing environment Self-motivated with a proactive mindset Good decision-making and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Qualifications 1–2 years of escrow processing experience (preferred, not required) Knowledge of escrow procedures and regulatory guidelines (a plus) Willingness to learn — training will be provided
