Job Description: We are seeking an
Escrow Support Processor
to provide centralized clerical and processing support for residential escrow transactions. This role focuses on high-volume document processing and plays a key behind-the-scenes role in ensuring escrow files are accurate, complete, and compliant. This is a production-focused position with no direct interaction with customers, agents, lenders, or branch offices.
Key Responsibilities Process high volumes of escrow-related documents accurately and efficiently Support the initiation and closing of residential escrow files Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies and regulations Maintain organized and accurate records in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Prioritize tasks effectively, especially during peak and month-end cycles
Required Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment Self-motivated with strong decision-making skills Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications 1–2 years of escrow processing experience (nice to have) Basic knowledge of escrow procedures and regulatory requirements
