Position Overview
We're currently growing our remote team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as a Vacation Experience Consultant. In this role, you'll help clients design personalized getaway plans — from relaxing beachfront retreats to exciting international trips — while guiding them through the reservation process from start to finish. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, exploring travel possibilities, and supporting clients as they plan meaningful vacations. What You'll Do
Work with clients to plan customized vacations including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and activities Research destinations and recommend travel experiences based on client preferences and budgets Share helpful insights and suggestions to support confident travel decisions Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online messaging platforms Coordinate reservations and confirmations using approved supplier systems Stay current on travel opportunities, seasonal promotions, and destination updates Maintain organized client profiles and accurate booking records What We're Looking For
Interest in travel planning and supporting clients with vacation experiences Strong communication and customer engagement skills Ability to stay organized and manage responsibilities independently Comfortable using computers and web-based tools Reliable high-speed internet connection required Must reside in the US, UK, or another qualifying region No prior travel experience necessary training and certification included Perks & Benefits
