Overview
Biltmore Country Club, located in North Barrington, IL, is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional for the upcoming season. Founded in 1926, the Club is excited to celebrate its Centennial season this year. Biltmore's mission is to be the premier family club in the northwest Chicago suburbs. We are looking for an energetic, service-first minded individual to join a great team of experienced golf professionals for the 2026 season. The position will be heavily focused on daily operations, tournament management, merchandising and junior golf programming. Limited teaching opportunities.
Experience Required
Candidate needs to be enrolled, or in the process of enrolling, in the PGA-PGM Associate Program.
Prior experience at a Private Golf Facility preferred but not required.
Experience with Golf Genius a plus.
Experience with running or assisting in a junior golf program a plus.
Essential Responsibilities
Assist in inventory management and merchandising of a Golf Professional owned golf shop.
Assist in Day-to-Day operations, including opening and closing of the golf shop.
Assist in running a robust junior golf program including spring, summer and fall clinics and a PGA Junior League team.
Assist in Tournament Operations
Men's Golf - 10+ member/member and member/guest events annually.
Weekly womens' 9 & 18-hole leagues.
Tuesday Night Men's League
Couples/Junior Events
Outside Events (4-5 Monday outings per season)
