Executive Assistant & Brand Manager

Overview We’re hiring: Executive Assistant & Brand Manager (Orange County) The Expanded Collective is a fast-growing coaching business helping chiropractors build marketing systems that actually work. We’re a husband-and-wife team, and we need a local right-hand person to join us. This isn’t your typical EA role. You’ll be: Creating our social media content (because you’ll actually be in the room and get our voice) Managing podcast production Supporting our clients so they feel taken care of Handling our calendars, inbox, and day-to-day operations Being our second brain Think: Jack-of-all-trades who thrives on variety. One day you’re filming content, the next you’re checking in with clients, the next you’re coordinating travel. You’re comfortable wearing multiple hats and figuring things out as you go. What we’re looking for Local to Orange County (can commute to Orange area 3-4x/week) 1-3 years experience in EA, admin, social media, or operations Strong social media skills (Canva, basic video editing, caption writing) Warm, personable, proactive Comfortable creating content Organized but adaptable What you get $55-60K base performance bonuses Hybrid schedule (3-4 days in-person, 1-2 days remote) Work directly with founders, learn the business Growth opportunity as we scale Be part of building something real This role is perfect if you: Want variety in your day (boring = not for you) Like being in the room where it happens Are energized by people and content creation Want to grow with a scaling business Prefer small team dynamics over corporate bureaucracy Not for you if: You only want remote work You only want to do ONE thing You need rigid 9-5 structure You’re uncomfortable with social media/content Interested?
