What Cascade Living and Alpine Way look for in a Life Enrichment Associate:
Must possess current first aid certification and a current food handler’s or serve safe certification
Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents, and their families
Demonstrate active listening techniques, gain support by treating others with dignity and respect
Strong customer service skills with ability to problem solve
Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day
What you can expect to do as a Life Enrichment Associate for Alpine Way:
Must have experience in planning, organizing, and executing a varied schedule of life enrichment opportunities for all levels of seniors
Valid Driver’s license as this role will require driving residents
Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents, and their families
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to facilitate small-group presentations
Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day
Innovative thinker who brings new ideas to the table
Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living
Position Requirements:
Food Workers Card
$17.13 - $19.13/hour (Depending on Experience) Job Type:
Full Time and Part Time Opportunities
