Job Details
Responsible for obtaining vitals, drawing blood, urine, EKG's, medical history.
Travel to patient locations for appointments.
Paid per appointment/event; not hourly or salary.
Bi‑weekly pay.
Some travel expenses covered depending on location.
Responsibilities
Travel to specified locations to obtain samples.
Disinfect extraction sites using alcohol swabs.
Gather mandatory information from patients and verify identities.
Obtain vitals, blood, urine, EKG's, medical history.
Accurately label all samples.
Maintain accurate patient records, including any medical issues during venipuncture that may affect test results.
Minimum Requirements
Proven experience as phlebotomist.
Valid driver's license.
Valid auto insurance.
Excellent customer service & communication skills.
Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI law.
Detail‑oriented and organized.
Professional, responsible, self‑starter with excellent attention to detail and good penmanship.
Reliable transportation.
Computer proficient; internet access; printer/scanner for printing, scanning, uploading completed documents.
