Job Details
Responsible for obtaining vitals, drawing blood, urine, EKG, and medical history.
Travel to the patient's location for appointments.
Paid per appointment/event, not hourly or salary.
Bi‑weekly pay.
Some travel expenses are covered depending on location.
Responsibilities
Travel to specified locations to obtain samples as required.
Disinfect extraction sites using alcohol swabs.
Gather mandatory patient information and verify identities.
Obtain vitals, blood, urine, EKGs, and medical history.
Accurately label all samples.
Maintain accurate patient records, detailing any medical issues during venipuncture that may affect test results.
Minimum Requirements
Proven experienced phlebotomist.
Valid driver's license.
Valid auto insurance.
Excellent customer service & communication skills.
Knowledge regarding HIPAA/PHI law.
Detail‑oriented and organized.
Professional, responsible, self‑starter with excellent attention to detail and good penmanship.
Reliable transportation.
Computer proficient, with internet access and a printer/scanner to print, scan and upload completed documents.
