Job Details
The candidate/phlebotomist is responsible for obtaining vitals, drawing blood, urine, EKG, and medical history.
The candidate will travel to the patient's location for appointments.
Paid per appointment/event; this is not an hourly or salary‑paid position.
Bi‑weekly Pay.
Some travel expenses are covered depending on the location of the appointment.
Responsibilities
Travel to specified locations to obtain samples as required.
Disinfect extraction sites using alcohol swabs.
Gather mandatory information from patients and verify their identities.
Obtain vitals, blood, urine, EKGs, and medical history.
Accurately label all samples.
Maintain accurate patient records, including detailing any medical issues experienced during venipuncture that may affect test results.
Minimum Requirements
Proven experienced phlebotomist.
Valid driver’s license.
Valid auto insurance.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge regarding HIPAA/PHI law.
Detail‑oriented and sound organizational skills.
Professional, responsible, and self‑starter with excellent attention to detail and good penmanship.
Reliable transportation is a must.
Must be computer proficient, have internet access, and a printer/scanner to print, scan, and upload completed documents.
