Position Details
Handling scripted calls to current and prospective sales customers
Confidently recommend/promote services
Outbound customer satisfaction calls
Respond to customer email & chats
Follow up with customers who are overdue for service
Contact customers regarding marketing initiatives
Log customer information and purify database
Requirements
Experience handling in/outbound calls
Call center and inside sales experience is a plus
Coachable and trainable
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organization & ability to multi-taskThrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well independently
Strong PC and Internet Skills
Additional Information Hours: Full-time position
Compensation: Hourly+ uncapped monthly bonuses + benefits + paid training!
