Position Overview Serra Toyota is seeking motivated and customer-focused
BDC (Business Development Center) Representatives
to join our team. We currently have
two openings: one full-time and one part-time . This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, can multitask effectively, and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
Provide accurate pricing and product information
Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers
Support team operations during high-volume periods
Qualifications
Prior dealership or automotive experience preferred (parts experience a plus)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Availability to work Saturdays (rotating schedule)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Schedule Options
Full-Time:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays
Part-Time:
3:00 PM – 8:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays
