Establish strong customer relationships by assisting with incoming customer call inquiries, scheduling sales appointments, and maintaining long-term follow up with customers
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle products and services
Record customer information in the required database
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills including date entry, internet, and Microsoft Office
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail while working under tight timelines
Willingness to follow direction while working independently
Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays
