Be the friendly first voice our customers hear - answering calls and helping them get scheduled Build real relationships with customers (not just one-and-done conversations) Match customers with the right vehicles, services, and next steps Keep things organized by documenting customer info in our CRM Follow up and stay connected - because great service doesn't stop after one call Qualifications
You're a people person with strong communication skills (phone+written) Comfortable with computers, data entry, and Microsoft Office You can juggle tasks, stay organized, and keep cool under pressure Self-motivated but also a team player who takes direction well Professional, reliable, and ready to bring a positive attitude every day Open to a flexible schedule, including evenings and available to work every other weekend Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background screening including a criminal background check, a review of motor vehicle records, and verification of social security number.
