Pay Range Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience.
Job Details
The candidate is responsible for venipuncture via the vacutainer method.
The candidate will travel to the customer's location for appointments.
Paid hourly per event.
Bi‑weekly pay.
Some travel expenses are covered depending on location.
Responsibilities
Travel to specified locations to obtain samples as required.
Disinfect extraction sites using alcohol swabs.
Accurately label all samples.
Maintain accurate patient records, detailing any medical issues experienced during venipuncture that may affect test result accuracy.
Requirements
Proven experience as a phlebotomist.
Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI law.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Professional, responsible self-starter with excellent attention to detail and good penmanship.
Reliable transportation.
Computer proficient with internet access, printer/scanner to print, scan, and upload completed documents.
Must pass a background check and drug screen.
