Tenant Services Associate - Real Estate - Boston - Onsite
A well-established commercial real estate firm is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Tenant Services Associate to support day-to-day property operations. This role offers strong exposure to property management, accounting processes, and tenant relations within a fast-paced, professional environment.
The Tenant Services Associate will be the main point of contact for tenants and vendors while providing administrative and operational support to property management. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring smooth building operations, maintaining accurate records, and delivering a high level of client service.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for tenants and service vendors
Maintain and update tenant, vendor, and internal contact databases
Coordinate tenant requests and work orders, including tracking, follow-up, and resolution
Support property operations through management of work order systems and tenant billbacks
Review, code, and process invoices; assist with accounts payable workflows and budget tracking
Assist with preparation of monthly operating reports, annual budgets, and ad‑hoc reporting
Support CAM reconciliations and real estate tax true-ups
Abstract lease agreements and maintain accurate lease data, including rent schedules and key terms
Review rent statements, assist with collections follow‑up, and support preparation of notices
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for leases, contracts, and vendor documentation
Coordinate with key vendors to support building operations
Provide general office support, including supply management, mail handling, and administrative coordination
Assist with utility tracking and sustainability reporting initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; real estate experience highly preferred
Experience with property management systems
Understanding of basic accounting principles
