and is seeking an experienced
Construction Superintendent
to lead field operations for renovation and facilities projects across the Austin region. We are especially interested in candidates with
Job Order Contracting (JOC) or IDIQ experience
and those comfortable working in
active facilities such as schools, municipal buildings, and healthcare environments. Location Austin Metro Area (Pflugerville / Austin District) What You’ll Lead • Daily
jobsite leadership and field coordination • Management of
multiple fast-paced renovation projects • Oversight of
subcontractors and self-perform crews • Work in
occupied and mission-critical facilities • Quality, safety, and schedule performance • Collaboration with Project Managers and Owners Ideal Experience •
5+ years commercial construction field experience • Prior role as
Superintendent or Lead Superintendent • Experience with
JOC / IDIQ / Facilities contracts preferred • Strong background in
renovations and remodels • Ability to manage
multiple trades and concurrent projects • Familiar with
