Overview Sentara Vascular Specialist is currently seeking a full-time Remote Customer Service Representative.

Job Details City/State: Charlottesville, VA Work Shift: First (Days) – 8:00AM to 4:30PM Position Status: Full-time, Day Shift

Must be able to report to either MJH or RMH within an hour due to any power/connectivity issues. On-site training may be required at a Charlottesville office.

Responsibilities The Customer Service Representative is responsible for all areas of customer service as it pertains to research and resolution of telephone inquiries from members or patients. Primarily responsible for handling incoming calls to effectively address issues related to member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, claim payment issues, or patient services needs such as updating billing information, establishing payment plans, resolving payment inquiries, or patient scheduling.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent – Required

Experience

Two years of customer service experience – Required

Previous data entry experience – Required

Prior scheduling experience – Required

Experience in a high-volume call center – Preferred
