Customer Service Representative. Full‑time remote position providing customer service support for members and patients.

Work Shift: First (Days)
Position Status: Full‑time, Day Shift
Location: Remote. Candidates must reside in the Harrisonburg or Charlottesville area and be able to travel on‑site if necessary.
Standard Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Responsibilities The Customer Service Representative is responsible for all areas of customer service related to the research and resolution of telephone inquiries from members or patients. Primary duties include handling incoming calls to effectively address issues related to member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, claim payment issues, and patient services such as updating billing information, establishing payment plans, resolving payment inquiries, and patient scheduling.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience
Two years of customer service experience (required)
Previous data entry experience (required)
Prior scheduling experience (required)
Familiar with Epic Beaker (preferred)
Experience in a high‑volume call center (preferred)
