Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Structural Designer role based in Albany, GA. The Structural Designer will be responsible for creating detailed construction drawings, performing structural engineering analyses, and using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for design tasks. The role involves collaborating with civil engineers and project managers, focusing on steel design and providing technical expertise to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with project specifications. Qualifications
Proficiency in Construction Drawings and the ability to develop detailed, precise documentation for engineering projects. Strong skills in Structural Engineering and Steel Design to ensure optimal structural integrity and compliance with guidelines. Experience in using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to draft and edit technical designs. Background in Civil Engineering and familiarity with design principles relevant to construction projects. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining detail-oriented and organized work processes. Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field. Professional experience in construction or structural design projects is preferred.
