You will walk properties daily.
You will knock on doors to collect rent.
You will talk to residents face-to-face.
You will handle service issues in real time.

The Mission
You will take full operational ownership of multiple residential properties (mobile home parks). Not manage from afar. Not supervise from a spreadsheet. Own the outcome. That means: Driving occupancy Controlling expenses Enforcing collections Leading teams Protecting and improving the asset If something is broken, you fix it. If rent isn’t paid, you address it. If standards slip, you correct them immediately. No excuses. Just results. What You’ll Be Responsible For
Full P&L responsibility across multiple properties Driving revenue and occupancy growth Hiring, training, and holding staff accountable Walking properties daily to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance Managing maintenance performance and service issue resolution Speaking directly with residents to resolve concerns Conducting property meetings as needed Executing marketing and leasing initiatives Identifying operational gaps and fixing them fast This position requires a minimum of 50% travel between properties. You will spend the majority of your time onsite — not behind a desk. Who This Is For

3+ years multi-site management experience (property, retail, hospitality, or similar) Comfortable using property management software Willingness to travel 50% or more in between properties Ability to walk properties daily Ability to lift up to 20 lbs What You Get
Pay:$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year based on experience Employer-paid health insurance up to 60%
