What You'll Do
Build and maintain referral relationships with:
Hospitals and discharge planners
Skilled nursing and rehab facilities
Assisted and independent living communities
Care managers, social workers, and community partners
Promote our non‑medical home care services to the community
Represent our agency at networking events, health fairs, and meetings
Track leads, referrals, and conversions
Collaborate with leadership to grow brand awareness and census
What We're Looking For
Experience in healthcare, home care, senior services, or B2B marketing preferred
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Self‑starter who is organized and results‑driven
Familiarity with senior care landscape is a plus
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
Compensation
Commission‑based pay (uncapped earning potential)
Paid per successful referral/admission
