Project Portfolio You'll be overseeing projects typically sub-$15 million, including: Gas stations / fueling facilities Car washes Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) Retail developments Restaurant builds and tenant improvements Key Responsibilities Lead all on-site construction activities from start to completion Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget Coordinate with project managers, clients, and inspectors Maintain quality control and enforce safety standards Drive project schedules and proactively resolve field issues MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects Experience with ground-up and/or tenant improvement work Comfortable managing multiple trades in fast-paced environments Willingness to travel First 2 projects are in LA. If that's too far for a daily commute, housing will be provided Mon-Fri Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills What's On Offer
$120-140 base salary Per diem, travel expenses, and lodging covered Vehicle allowance and gas card Strong pipeline of consistent work
